How do I determine the correct shoe size for my child?
We recommend using our printable Fit Tool or our RiteFit iPad app to measure your child's feet. Since children's feet grow quickly, we suggest measuring every 2-3 months.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns on all orders within 45 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer express and overnight shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.
Are Stride Rite shoes APMA approved?
Many of our shoes carry the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) Seal of Acceptance, which recognizes products that promote good foot health.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time.
