Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original Stride Rite box, secure them in a shipping container, and attach the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
